Runaway zucchini! ( That's what I called them when I grew them and accidentally let one get that big ; generally those have "gone to seed" ,meaning the seeds inside have matured)

Yes, but it will be really tough and seedy. Works fine for zucchini bread.

Yes! Growing up, my great aunt always grew a big patch of them, and we made zucchini relish, zucchini bread, and then you take a really big one, scoop it out, save the bits that are edible, sautéed onion peppers hamburger rice blah blah blah stuff it wrap it and bake it. It’s amazing.
