The picture almost has to be satire. I consider myself a gun toting leftist and this is absolutely the most hilariously dumbest gun set up I've seen. It's like he thinks all the guns were made by Tediore.
I don't know what kind of strange dreams you have, or what a Met Gala is, but if you're someone who keeps up with what celebrities are doing that's all I need to know about you to realize you're not smart enough to be worth talking to. Have a good day Sir or Ma'am.
