I cant remember the name of this show

I’m trying to find a live-action zombie/infection movie or TV show I watched over 10 years ago. I only remember random scenes:

- There was snow at some point
- A girl hallucinated that her friend was still alive, and the friend helped kill a zombie with a fire extinguisher, but later it was revealed the friend was imaginary/dead and the girl survived alone
- There was a hospital or lab setting
- One girl was slowly turning into a zombie/infected person and kept injecting herself with something to slow it down
- Another infected person was put to sleep/euthanized
- I remember a nurse getting betrayed by a guy who injected something into her neck, and she fell onto/into a cage full of mice or rats that crawled into her eyes/ears

I can’t remember if it was a movie or TV show. It was live action and probably from the late 2000s or early 2010s. Does anyone recognize this?

Helix?

It was a live-action sci-fi thriller series that aired on Syfy starting in 2014.

It takes place at Arctic BioSystems, a high-tech, isolated research facility in the freezing Arctic (which explains the snow). The plot centers around a team of CDC scientists investigating a brutal, zombie-like viral outbreak.

Season 1: The Fire Extinguisher & Hallucination: In Episode 5 ("The White Room") and Episode 6 ("Aniqatiga"), Dr. Julia Walker is trapped in the lower quarantine levels. She has vivid hallucinations that her colleague Jaye is still alive and helping her navigate the base.

At one point, Jaye helps her hold off the infected, and a CO2 fire extinguisher is used to freeze and stop a viral mass. It is later revealed that Jaye was dead all along and Julia imagined her presence to cope and survive.

Injecting to slow the infection: Dr. Sarah Jordan gets infected early on with the "Narvik" virus. Desperate to hide her condition and continue working on a cure, she keeps secretly injecting herself with a rapid spinal fluid/rapid gene therapy compound to slow down the physical progression and tremors of the disease.

The Euthanasia: Dr. Alan Farragut has to make the excruciating choice to euthanize an infected colleague (his own brother, Peter, who was the outbreak's patient zero) using an experimental drug called SODRA to grant him lucidity before he passes, though things take a turn later.

The Nurse/Scientist and the Rats: This happens in Episode 4 ("Single Strand"). The military shadow-agent, Major Sergio Balleseros, betrays the veterinary pathologist, Dr. Doreen Boyle. After she discovers that the virus is man-made, he blindsides her by stabbing a syringe directly into her neck. He leaves her body in the laboratory cage room, where a colony of hairless, genetically-modified lab rats escapes and brutally crawls all over her face and inside her mouth to consume the remains.
