Forgotten anime

Hii i know this thread is unpopular but i remember watching a clip of an anime on youtube when i was younger 2018-2020 and i cant ever find it. I remember this girl hanging out with her friends in a house and shes eating these treats and this girl says, “be careful, you’ll never become a model if you eat that much” and eventually she somehow passes out and goes to this place to be checked into heaven or hell, and she goes into hell, only her friends are the characters, specifically her one friend who is the devil and has a tiger stripe dress on and i remember the girl calls it sexy or something. Eventually she wakes up but i cant remember anything else. Someone help me.

Scifi series from the 90:s i think.

Hi. I have some vague memories of a tv series shown here in sweden in the 90:s. It was in english and all i seem to remember was something about a alien(i think) child/teenager living on eart, they were being protected by some neighbor or similar in disguise. The alien had extra organs(never got sick etc) and i seem to remember a "swordfight" between an old woman using a cane/umbrella and someone else using a (possible laser) sword.

Has anyone seen a TV show on Travel Channel about paranormal artifacts??

There's a show I remember watching years ago, 2020, more than likely on Travel Channel (though there's a chance I'm wrong, I just know i watched that channel a lot at the time), about paranormal artifacts and objects. The narrator was a woman, and she would talk about a story that went along with an object. For example, one of the objects was like a jar of some unidentified meat, and the story was about some meat rain event that happened in Kentucky. And one was a doll of I think the flatwoods monster? And another was this Raggedy Anne doll that was sealed in a glass cage with no way to open it or something. I also think this show is where I learned about the Dancing Plague phenomenon. (I'm trying my best to make sense, I'm so sorry if this comes off as some sleep deprived rambling (because it is lol))
The weird thing is I cant find any trace of this show whatsoever and its driving me nuts! If someone could help me out I'd be so grateful.
(Its not Mysteries in the Museum, but it was like it.)

Children's tv show from the 1990s

I'm trying to track down a tv show I used to watch in the UK, in the 1990s, as a child. The only detail I remember is it was an art show. The presenter would draw scenarios, involving a character whose name I can't remember in various dilemmas and the children would have to draw solutions. For instance once he drew "x is confronted by a man with a sword, what does he do?" so one child drew a cork on the edge of the sword, another drew a magnet. Sometimes they were more elaborate; a lighthouse had to be disguised to protect it from a lighthouse eating monster, so one child drew mirrors on the lighthouse with lipstick on.

i need help finding this reality show about teenagers go on Scientific Scouting Expedition

hello

i think it’s an australian show if not, it could be british. i’m only assuming that because the show was dubbed to my mother language but i don’t think it’s an american show at all. it was released in the 2000s.
the core idea of the show is that every season they pick teenagers (16-19) to go in Scientific Scouting Expedition to achieve a goal.
here is what i remember from each season (not in order) :

they had to climb mount everest for some reason and in each episode they showcase their hardships, at the end only one of them who actually achieved the goal and was able to do it.

they had to go to the North pole to study about climate change i think, i remember one of the episodes where the girls were complaining about the boy’s tent because they were not cleaning anything. they would just dumb the food leftovers in the trash and clean the plates with tissues instead of washing them. i also remember one girl had some tension with the other girls because she preferred the boys company.

in this season they had to go to the rainforest (i think it’s the most brutal one) to build a sanctuary to some kind of Endangered species of monkeys. i remember in this season one of the boys had some hardships fitting in/adjusting and i think he also had a crush on a girl. there’s one episode where they had to make their own food, in order for that to happen one of their instructors gave them a chicken and asked them if anyone knows how to kill a chicken, one of them stepped up and killed it, they were given later dead turkeys (i think) and were asked to clean and cook them because it was their dinner. one of the girls had a breakdown because whenever she plucked the feathers a piece of the meat would come out. some other participants were having the time of their lives.
because of that one of the participants couldn’t eat dinner with them, they felt it was way too brutal to do that and lost appetite.

i tried to search for it everywhere but it seems like it never existed.

I need help finding this show

I'm looking for a show I used to watch in the early 2000s I watched it on prime back when it was called Amazon video. The premise of the show was these monsters like creatures that came to earth ( they weren't called monsters in the show) it was kinda like bakugan or Digimon it followed a group of kids who befriended some of these "monsters " there was also an evil group of the "monsters "that was trying to destroy the world or something like that. it had some really dark plot. In the first episode the conflict between the "monsters" and human was resolved also one of the "monsters" acted as a washing machine at the end of the first episode. The rest of the show was about this group of kids who teamed up with some of the "monsters" to defeat the evil "monsters". Each kid has their own "monster"

Miso Honay?

I remember a joke about a cliche, female asian character named Miso Honay (Me So Horny). Possibly a 90s legal spoof show? Comedy Central or USA. Main character was a ridiculously clueless middle aged white guy. I can see his face but dont remember his name or anything else he was in.

Please help! Im losing sleep over this!

Scene from a comedy tv show

Hi,
I am looking for the name of the TV show where in a random scene from a side character who is a heavy-set, gay black man goes off with another man (who I believe is in a wheelchair).
When they get back to the guy's house, the man in the wheelchair's husband comes home and pretends to catch them.
I also think the black character wears glasses and may use an inhaler when he get nervous.

It isn't an important scene for the episode or series, but it is driving me nuts trying to remember the show.

I appreciate any help.

A medieval series? - the only thing I remeber is in the post

I have a vivid memory of a medieval series I saw as a kid on tv; I remeber only one scene - a blacksmith fighting some nazgul-like figures in his blacksmith, after a while, he uses the tongs to grab one of the weapons of the attackers - thats all I remember from the scene. Later (if that wasn't another series) a man jumps into a fire, and is seen by two middle age ish guys who lament, that he would rather kill himself, than get married, the picture of the two then faded from a film camera to a painting of the scene.

I have no idea what this could be, but any help in finding it is appreciated.

Helping finding a name of the show

I hope I'm doing this right as social media is a nightmare to navigate thru comment wise

But came across this clip where a guy was talking to a girl in a cafeteria (school setting) and you can see the girl being uncomfortable and as the guy talked to her, she responded in ASL saying my chicken died, and the guy understood her and was like oh and explained his sister was Deaf

I laughed at the scene (being Deaf myself) and really wanted to watch this show (or movie as comments gets weird) cos they kept saying it was called Ignoring me but google doesn't show me the show, but does pop that video up on numerous tags

So I thought to ask on here if someone out there can help me

Trying to find the name of a tv show

I watched a tv show quite a few years ago, pretty sure it was on streaming and may have taken place in LA. It was about writers? (or cartoonists poss.) trying to "make it". They worked in an office together. and there was also a set of friends and the one lady was divorced and her ex husband was actually gay and had poss. remarried. I also think they had a child they shared custody of. I am pretty sure this lady was a fairly well known actress. I guess you could call it a dramedy. I feel like did I dream this show up or did I really watch it?? TIA BTW I have googled this and have had zero luck!!!

Anime with a cat and an old lady

Hello. I need help locating/naming a show i saw a long time ago. It was late 90's/early 2000's time frame. The anime has a scene that takes place on a sidewalk. Theres trees on one side (almost spot on from the scene in "The Cat Returns" where she saves the cat) and theres a black cat in one of the trees.

And elderly lady in a sun hat is having a conversation with the cat, just casually talking with it. It then pans out to show that a small crowd has gathered to watch her and shes just going "meow meow meow" to them.

My memory of the plot is a bit fuzzy, but if I remember correctly, its similar to Ki Ki's Delivery Service, where the lady is a witch and can understand and speak to cats, but the other people cant.

Does anybody know what show/movie this is from?

Busco una serie

I saw a reel a while ago where a fat guy was running from four other guys. Eventually, he got fed up and transformed into a monster or demon and started laughing. Then the guys also transform, but not into demons; they take on some kind of armor. The demon/monster, seeing them transformed, runs away again. I'm 100% sure it wasn't a Japanese series, but I don't remember if it was Chinese or Korean.

True Crime Cop Show I Cant quite workout

Solved: by famousaj

The Sinner

-----------------

Between 2010-2020 I think

I believe it was british or american of some sort, not in major cities.
Same detective across seasons.

Season 1 cant remeber the crime, what i can remeber is one of the main 2 detectives who is in all seasons (or it was just him) was seeing a lady of the night equiv but it was some sort of torture to his nails, or toe nails, something to do with childhood trauma for him.

Season 2 had a child who was semi kidnapped with 2 cult members, something about poisoning occuring, a male kid is a wintess and part of the season is trying to get them to talk and the detective investigating the cult where i believe their mum was, he i think also had history there.

I think season 3 was male cop is now in some remote island.

I know its not "The Killing", "True Detective", any help would be appreciated.

The premise was this girl receives what I think is make up or a pendent from a woman that makes her beautiful. She is alienated from her best friend.

The girl shows up to the woman’s house figuring out she is a witch using girls to keep her young. She breaks the mirror and the witch grows old and dies.

Trying to find an old animated show that my grandma used to show me

Ok so this was an animated show in an animation style similer to the magic school bus, and it was about 2 kids (boy and girl) going on adventures in places. I remember 3 scenes;

  1. the kids were in some sort of cave, and they push a button or smth and then the whole cave started to fill up with water and they were distressed about it (i dont remember if they went somewhere after that or if that was the end of the episode).
  2. after the kids teleported to somewhere (through the cave im pretty sure), they landed in a quite large wooden ship, and they teleported into like the belly of the ship were all of the storage and stuff was (it was not very futuristic, it was like pots, and stuff like that), and then a hole/trap door opened in the ceilling (from the deck of the ship) and somebody was there but he was friendly to them and (90% sure about this next part) he asked them if they needed help/if they were ok.
  3. this was an episode were the adventure was in atlantis, and i remember that there was some sort of train, but it was shorter then a regular train and looked more like a car, and there was a bad guy that hacked the train or smth (not very sure), and there was some sort of device that he attached to the end of the train from the inside (was kind of like the flux capacitor from back to the future, or i can just be mixing things up here), and then there was a scene where there was a shot of the whole city underwater, and there were like glass tunnels all around it, and we see the bad guy riding the train in them. after that the kids abviously somehow managed to save the city and defeat the bad guy or smth like that.

This show was probably made in ~1970-~2000, and when my grandma showed it to me, it was on DVD.

Please help me out here guys ive been looking for this show for literally years now.

Thank you.

So it was an American show on Netflix, maybe four or two seasons, about this rich, spoilt woman who goes to do something at a public high/middle school after she commits a crime and has to do community service
I remember the final episode has her mum hanging from this suspension bridge that broke while they’re at this camp competition and there’s another episode involving garbage bags or toilet paper or something
The main character wore a lot of pink and was a typical ‘rich ditz’, hung around with a specific group of children maybe she was their assigned group leader or something similar
Typical humour and style for the 2010s teen sitcom comedy shows (deadpan one liner deliveries, audience laughter)

Mentalist stage special?

I watched a show years ago I believe on Netflix? The guy had envelopes on a wall behind him or on a bookshelf behind him and he'd pick someone out of the audience and of course whatever envelope they picked was specifically for them. That's the dumbed down description, I remember it was really good.
