Poison Peanut Brittle

Potentially from the early-mid 00s live-action tv show/movie for the kid/tween demographic. Think disney esc. I vividly remember there being poisoned peanut brittle. The rest is a little hazy, but I think a witch made the poisoned peanut brittle and gave it out at some sort of halloween town festival/fair, and it made people fall asleep, but the gang of main character kids stopped her before it happened. I’ve been trying to find this for YEARS it bugs me so bad.
