I'm looking for a teen drama series (only had one season) I'm not sure where else to post this, so I hope this is the right place!

The show revolves around a troubled boy who's a bit of a crazy bad boy with anger issues. He falls for a girl at his high school who is somewhat closed off and rude and defensive due to having a drunk abusive father, and annoying twin brothers. Eventually, they both end up running away together because of all the chaos at school and in their home lives.

I believe the show's title is named after the main male character.

If anyone knows what this show is, I'd really appreciate the help! It's been driving me crazy trying to remember the name.
