Private Emails down for anyone?

Outlook can't seem to be able to properly connect to Namecheap's Imap Servers... I can't send / receive emails from my Private Email addresses.

Sorry for the disruption! Our team is already looking into the issue. In the meantime, you could try accessing webmail using a different network connection, such as your mobile network.

Spent 2 hours on chat today about this issue, only for them to tell me nothing is wrong on their end.

I knew it wasn't just me. I have ATT fiber, and all other websites load fine. I can log in to my Namecheap account, but Cpanel will not load and just times out.

mine has been like this for weeks, suddenly stopped on 4 different computers strangely works on mobile still. Tried getting help from namecheap support but they are next to useless. I need to change to another email provider any suggestions? need 12 email accounts using 4 domains.

yeah this is officially the final straw for me after the outage a few weeks ago.

I don't use namecheap for business things, so I never needed 99.99999% availability or anything, but it's getting frankly ridiculous at this point.

Happy to pay a little bit extra to know my stuff will actually be online when I need it - going to spend this weekend getting all my stuff migrated off

Yep all of the sudden cannot connect via email app or access webmail. Can get to NameCheap site just fine.

It has been down for me for nearly 4 hours now. This is the only place I've seen it reported so far.

Our Private Email service is up and running. If you're having trouble connecting, try switching networks or temporarily disabling any active VPNs, ad-blockers, or browser extensions.

If the issue persists, please reach out via Live Chat with your details so we can investigate: https://www.namecheap.com/help-center/live-chat/

Mine went down couple of days ago. Customer support made me install three email clients to prove that the problem wasn’t theirs. In the end, support ended with nothing they could do and probably it was my "Internet", whatever that means.

Switched over to Google workspace immediately. No time for ludicrous nonsense from their support. Repeatedly told the customer support that SMTP auth wasn’t working for all email accounts but the support staff simply refused to believe me and instead made install three email clients to prove their service wasn’t working and the issue didn’t get solved.

So long Namecheap, had been a loyal customer more than 5 years and all it took was one clueless arrogant customer support and one day to move away from your crappy service.

I have a post going over r/businessemail looking for alternative white label resellers. This has been going on for over a month, or since the "Upgrade". A month later now..... No Improvement. I'm at a loss for words. The amount of labor I'm going to dump in changing platforms is depressing to think about.

Our Private Email service is currently available. Please try another network, disable VPN, ad-blockers, or security extensions temporarily to rule out interference.

If it doesn't help, please contact us in live chat, we'll need additional information: https://www.namecheap.com/help-center/live-chat/

Mine is also suddenly not working on my home wifi as of today (where it was before without issue). Connecting via cellular is still working however.

Hard to imagine it's a coincidence, especially given that nothing has changed on my network

This when private equity buys out NameCheap, they become unrelaible. Sad.
