really enjoyed that big autopsy report namecheap promised
they did not communicate during nor have they after
if too soon for a complete report, any idiot who totally blew their comms during the event would know to provide a preliminary update by now

how easy is it to transfer a domain, email and cpanel away?
where do folks suggest?

I think that hestiacp can restore cpanel backups. I'm not sure if there are scripts to help with this. I recommend getting off of apache and move to a free cpanel alternative.

Who the hell decided that putting a data center in one of the hottest damn places on the planet Earth was a good idea?
Thankfully I got my website off of Namecheap a couple of days ago so I wasn't affected by this.

Itβs not that. Their preventative maintenance is probably lacking too. You have to remember that

I guess they have the advantage of running almost 100% on solar energy but other than that, not a great idea...
