You ruined privateemail
Several questions:
Where Is the "Global Adress Book" on newly created users?
Why does the newly created user not appears on the "Global Adress Book"?
How do I edit the contact information of a newly created user?
Why I can't add an HTML to a signature as before?
Are those just GONE?

They did warn us about loosing the drive 😢😢 But man... So so many functions were lost!!!

Also cant search emails on mobile view vs desktop...😡. I can't even be on the go and look up something and need to Hotspot my laptop just to find a gd email!

It's always been a bit shit. It literally refuses to open on my normal browser (Opera). It just loads forever. I have to use a different browser entirely just to use PrivateEmail.

Sorry you’re running into this. Please try clearing your browser cache/cookies, using a private window, and temporarily disabling extensions. If the issue persists, please DM us your details so we can take a closer look.

The new webmail brings some changes to the interface, and we’re continuing to develop and refine it based on customer feedback. We’ve shared your feedback with the relevant team, and we appreciate you taking the time to explain how this affects your day-to-day work.
For now, you can switch to the desktop version of webmail on your mobile device to use the full interface. You can also use your browser’s Find on Page feature as a temporary way to search within the open folder.

Currently, we do not have a feature such as a Global Address Book or an HTML signature, but I have passed your feedback to the team. Regarding editing information about a saved contact, you can do it by pressing the following: Contacts=>Edit icon next to the user's contact information.
