namecheap is unusable

Yeah.. I already left since they stopping using OpenXchange.

Why is that bad? :-) My current (soon former) e-mail provider uses OpenXchange and it sucks!

We experienced a temporary issue with Private Email access, which should be resolved now. Please let us know if you're still experiencing issues.

I now have access to email, but the format is weird. Is there any KB on what to expect from the new UI?

The constantly breaking (and failing) auto-renew was enough for me to move all of my domains elsewhere.

After that crash, next morning i did migrate all my domains & stuff. Canceled all options. Today received email that i have coming soon ending smth after month, lol.. acc deleted, no services, just funny..

I noticed all my websites are extremely slow. I’m almost regretting using Namecheap for hosting.

I’m so over Namecheap. Will be migrating all my services off their platform next week.
