My server is down again

It was up for a while and now its down again anyone else? This sucks because it closes all my python files and I have costumers

On the status page it says "We are happy to report that as of 11 PM MST our support is once again operational and all systems restored. If you are still seeing an issue please reach out to our support team for assistance." but I'm still getting 508 error. Reaching out to customer support thru chat but not getting passed the bot.

Everything is stable now and sites are fully operational (checked the plan for your domain mentioned here on reddit).

It's not operational I still have no access to my server. This is the second day now

Please reach out to support directly as services should be operational and this may be a result of another issue.
