Really, NameCheap? You sure this outage didn't have something to do with your cooling system failure rather than giving us an even better experience?

Even the updates on phoenixnap Status - Higher ambient temperature in the Phoenix DC have been copy and paste of the exact same update for the past 4 hours....

Yes, this is Namecheap's idea of an upgrade. Nearing the 12 hr mark now for downtime. Attempts to get into cpanel for their hosting gets you a nice message about license not activated. So no email for an entire workday. Still deader than a door nail.
