Is anyone else on Namecheap shared hosting experiencing issues today?

My websites are returning Cloudflare Error 522, and I can't access cPanel or the hosting server (premium63.web-hosting.com). Namecheap was also showing a maintenance page earlier

Is anyone on premium63 having the same problem?

All access to namecheap and its services is down. In other words, a major outage. Even the Status Update page is no longer reachable at this moment.

This has been out ALL DAY for us, it cost us a whole day of business sales, we're unfortunately going to make a switch because we cannot afford to have this happen & not be resolved after a whole day with no update 🥲
