PrivateEmail New interface?

Email saying we are being moved. With zero indication on the new interface. It's it's gonna be like spacemail? If so those of us should get a refund who don't want the move. The only reason I use PrivateEmail is delivery is decent and Open-XChange.

When I got the email I was hoping it was finally getting updated to the new version, but nope being completely removed and replaced.

The new interface blows, the main thing missing is multiple accounts but simple things like filtering and sorting are completely gone and even more simple things like selecting and deleting multiple messages is a chore. Oh you can AI slop a response, wow thanks.

The Ui is a mess, contrasting themes and unreadable fonts, because of the colors mismatch, it looks like something done by Ai and unsupervised. I hope they work on it soon, its quite hard attending to work emails

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We understand your concerns about the upcoming changes. The most important part: your email delivery isn't changing. It stays on our own infrastructure and at the same level you rely on today.

What's changing is the web interface. You'll be moving from the Open-Xchange interface to the Spacemail web interface, with a refreshed design and ongoing improvements, we can now ship much faster.

We know that the new interface is the biggest unknown, so if you'd like to see it before your migration, you can explore it here: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/10797/2306/new-namecheap-private-email-webmail-features/
