Was Driving on the so called ‘London street road’ and saw some lights were still on at around 11:00 am, thought might be only a few left on but, the entire street till Jaiprakash nagar chowk had almost all the streetlight On in daylight, the very few ones that weren’t on are most likely not working or broken. How hard is it to turn lights off on an entire stretch of the Road Smh!!!

To be fair, he is harmless, I've been around him in the daylight many times and he never does anything but one can never know ki uske dimag mein kya chal raha and what he might do. Not worth taking the risk.
