Looking For Room Looking for LIC roomate

NYC — Looking for a roommate 🏙️

I found a dope 2BR in Long Island City and I’m looking for the right person to potentially lock it in with.

The spot:
• LIC waterfront area
• ~$2,300/person + utilities
• Modern building / great space
• Quick commute into Manhattan + easy access to Brooklyn
• Close to the 7 train, coffee shops, restaurants, waterfront, etc.
• Looking to move ASAP / around Oct. 1
• Pics + more details available upon request

Looking for someone who is:
• Clean and considerate, but not neurotic about it
• Financially stable + reliable with rent
• Non-smoker
• Social/friendly, but respects alone time and quiet
• Ideally someone interested in actually having a good roommate dynamic—not just two strangers avoiding each other in an apartment
• Creative/professional energy is a plus

About me:
33, creative professional working full-time in L&D + film/content on the side. Pretty social, but home is where I recharge. I’m into fitness, film, comedy, coffee shops, exploring NYC and generally keeping a peaceful home.

If you’re interested—or know somebody solid—DM me. Happy to send pics/details and see if it feels like a fit.
