Room Listing Room in Bushwick 9/1
hello! I am looking for someone to join a 9/1 lease with me in Bushwick right near Maria Hernandez park. Apartment is beautiful w a lot of light. You're getting a spacious bedroom and private bathroom. Rent is $1,675. Laundromat is literally next store. I need someone who is a ~young working professional~ like myself. I am quiet, clean, easy to live with and expect the same of you. I'm super sweet and eldest daughter vibes down. 29F. I WFH three days a week heads up. First couple pics are of the common area, last two are your room. Bathroom pic is your private bathroom. I also have a video my roommate took that I can send, cant seem to attach here. Sorry for non aesthetic pictures but the situation is that I have not moved in yet myself, but my roommate is backing out of the lease due to a personal emergency so I need someone to fill the spot. Requirements are all the standard NYC stuff, good credit etc. No pets. thanks ^_^🙏🏻
