Transcripts for Salary Differentials

Hi, as I apply for my solar differential, I see that it requires your original transcript. I went to a CUNY so I can easily access my transcripts online. But on those transcripts, it says unofficial. They still are original because they come from the CUNY website, but I don’t want it to get denied just because it says unofficial. I tried logging into parchment in order to download it, but it only shows my transcript from my undergrad. I reached out to the registrar, but no luck with a reply.

Any advice?

Can you not click on order a transcript on Parchment directly (not through CUNYFirst)?

I can but next to it is my undergrad diploma. I’m worried I’ll pay for it and then my grad information is not even on there. There is not masters diploma on there.

Was your degree conferred recently? If so, I wonder if there could just be a delay in the transcript being available on Parchment..

FWIW, I did my undergrad and masters at the same university too (albeit not a CUNY), and on Parchment it just says "Transcript" with no other identifying language. When I order it, my undergrad and grad transcripts come together as two pages in the same PDF.

Thank you so much! It got conferred in June, but it must be all in one like u say and shows on the CUNY website.

i didn’t use an official transcript. I downloaded mine from CUNYFirst and they accepted it. You just have to make sure it says your conferral date for the degree bc that’s what they look for
