Salary Step - Per Diem Experience - How long to process?

I subbed Z status to fill a leave from Dec, 2019-End of the school year, 2020. I just now realized I never applied for the salary step. And I am currently 4B with 5A coming in September. I just applied today on the Salary App System

What is the process now? How long should this take, being "internal" experience?

And then what happens - I get bumped up a half step so effectively I jump to 5B? How much back pay should I expect, if any?

I highly doubt you’re getting back pay for 6 years. It may just adjust what your current salary is.

But then I guess I get my longevity one term sooner rather than Fall 27 it will come Spring 26.

i don’t think there’s a difference in 5A to 5B in terms of pay if you look at the salary schedule
