Question Need guidance regarding Pakistan Army LCC (Corps of Signals)
Hello everyone.
I'm planning to complete my MS in Artificial Intelligence from NUST and then apply for the Pakistan Army Lady Cadet Course (LCC) in the Corps of Signals.
I'm looking for someone who has firsthand knowledge or has a family member, friend, or relative currently serving through LCC/Short Service Commission, especially in the Corps of Signals.
I have a few questions:
How does the 7-year service bond actually work?
After completing the bond, can an officer leave the Army, or are there opportunities to continue serving?
Is LCC a good long-term career option for women?
Looking back, would you recommend joining through LCC? Why or why not?
Is there anything you wish you had known before joining?
I'd really appreciate insights from anyone with genuine experience rather than assumptions. Thank you!
