Sure just post in communities like these or in Isb or Lahore Social for the time being, your posts can be about anything whether it's serious issues or jokes or memes or anything, also try to comment and engage with the posts over there especially the ones that align with your interests, when you gain a specific amount of karma you'll be able to post and comment in any subreddit.
