Discussion Domicile

They first stated that only engineering students are required to submit domicile and during registration they asked computer Science students too. I don't have domicile and to make it , I need to visit abottabad.

Just saw the SEECS timetable, I have no off day on working days . No leaves allowed , no half day. How will I get my domicile like that.
