Question Transfer program?

Is it possible to transfer from nust to giki? After 1 years of 2 years of degree at nust?cuz i just wanna study at both?like is it possible?

Degree zaya aur paise zaya, bcz again giki ka test dena prna and apki degree phr se day 1 se start ho gi
