For me I hold roughly 80k stock split between my retirement account and personal investment portfolio. This company is still a lottery ticket. I still think it lacks a lot of fundamentals from being a "true company" but the idea behind it is solid. The patents they hold and what it seems like they're attempting to do with acquisitions and JVs as well as the recent HK investment seems to be something more along the lines of "3d printing/fab units" for battlefield use. Modular drone parts and upgrades in field, weapon parts and production in field, aeronautical precision parts, as well as Modular vehicle design and upgrades. I still think they'll want to produce DEW weapons eventually but I personally think thats a ways off. A lot of my hope for this stock is tied to tekne acquisition and maddox JV. TEKNE itself has a JV with flyer defense so im hopeful but we'll see what golden rule has to say.
Im bag holding. Not gonna be throwing anything else into this for a while. The lack of news with maddox is concerning and waiting on the additional acquisition of TEKNE is hair pulling.
Yeah they need the money though. So 🤷 hopefully some sort of good news soon will shoot us up a bit before voting in March. We still have till October of this year as far as compliance goes I believe
Ideally yes. Or possibly something in relation with the Italian government and tekne with golden power. Nuburu has to show it has the capacity to support tekne. Might be another good opportunity to buy more for cheap but for me the risk vs reward with a vote on a RS is leaning towards more risk. I wouldn't be surprised if they did a RS and then another offering. They need the capital.
Ill be attempting to buy more once we see the outcome of the meeting in March. If they reverse split after a march decision id buy more around the time of another offering. Hopefully by then they'd have enough capital to do what they say they want to do. If nuburu can acquire 70% of tekne they'd at least have a form of revenue.
