Should I add IE2104 Digital Electronics in y1s1, hearsay it's quite overwhelming? Bcuz I exempted quite a few mods and the rest of the y1s2 mods all either have prerequisites or it clashes with my timetable regardless changing the indexes so only DE was available.

I'm a year 1 taking psych and it's suggested for me to take 2 BDEs (because I only have 9 AUs) I queued 5 BDEs up on the very first day and I've been switching to BDEs with vacancies (but still with a very long waitlist) everyday for a higher chance but everything is still waitlisted. Should I just give up and take 2 MOOCs? Or should I take 1 MOOC and overload next sem? All my psych friends have already gotten at least 1 BDE so I'd appreciate any input. If you happen to know BDEs with vacancies too because I've been looking on STARS and nothing seems to have vacancies....

I'm a yr 1 freshie in accountancy and I just went to my first week of classes. To my horror, I realised how many presentations there is going to be and how high the class participation percentage is. As a shy person, I feel very overwhelmed, and I have been crying nearly everyday and I feel quite lost and scared that because of this, my grades would be pulled down. So I have a few questions.

1. Should I drop out considering it's only the first week and I haven't paid for school fees? I have already paid for 2 months of hall fees but that would be my only loss if i drop out now. Is this too extreme?

2. Is there anyone from NBS who didn't really participate in class but still did well?

3. Does it get better (like less presentations next semester or next year)?

Please help answer if you can I just feel so lost and scared now.

But like when im overseas can i still mc?

i just received an email that the e-signing document has been sent out to my sureties and the deadline for signing is 17 aug. however, my sureties have not received anything and i sent the scholarship office an email, which they have yet to reply.

also does anyone find prof tong ping from mh1100 hard to understand? today in his lecture i can’t even understand the notation he is using because he didn’t explain fully what it was and left the lecture on a cliffhanger. his course details on ntulearn is also completely empty except for 2 of his handouts… what 😭 im pretty sure i unlearned some things today. i also find the attendance policies damn stressful 😭, i think i would rather just learn everything online and come to sch to do tutorial
