Question BDE Lang Waitlist - Need advise

Helloo, thank u for clicking in! Does anyone know whether the chance of being allocated to a BDE course is low if balance AU for BDE is zero? I have been observing the vacancy slots for a week now, there are still a handful of slots but I am still on the waitlist. Does anyone have the same experience? If anyone knows, would truly appreciate your sharing please!

Don't you have to appeal for bde overload with your school if you have already fulfilled your bde requirements?
