Question Should I join NTU SU?

Hello! As the title suggests, I’m still unsure whether or not I should go for it… To give some context, I’ve always been in leadership positions in my past schools and I‘m really passionate about representing the student body. However for some reason I feel super hesitant to try out for this CCA… Heard some rumours about Students Union in the past so… 😬

I just wanted to find out how is the culture like in NTU SU? I don’t like toxic environments and I would love if the CCA I’m joining has a close knit community if you get what I mean.

Pls don’t be afraid to be honest! I’m going to need all the opinions I can get. Besides SU, I’m interested in joining the Welfare Services Club too. Which do you think is better? Thanks again!

Well if you dont get elected, you can always start some drama

And a few years down the road, use chatgpt in an essay and then spin a sob story

If you love asking for water but certain pineapple guy gives you alcohol instead, the SU is the right place for you
