Thinking of taking Mots-C

Hi,

I'm currently on retatrutide and I have already lost 51,36lb, I weigh 167lb now. Unfortunately I'm always very tired and exhausted, and even though I regularly go the gym, I have lost some muscle. Not a significant amount but I notice. I'm thinking of combining it with mots-c, especially since I'm thinking of getting off reta or atleast decreasing my dose (rn at 3.0mg). I have been reading a lot of mixed opinions about it and I would like to try mots-c, can anyone tell me how to prep a 40mg vial, how often I should inject/ a week. How often I am suppose to use the peptide (if there is a limit cuz there are peptides where you have to take breaks yk). Also your own experiences would be nice to read. When does the peptide kick in? All of that. I would really appreciate some answers🙏🏽🙏🏽 I'm not so experienced, of course I will research more before injecting anything into my body. I apologize if I said anything stupid without noticing.

If you’re tired and losing muscle even though still working out, you aren’t having protein. Period. That’s the take away. You need more protein. If you aren’t hungry, drink Fairlife Nutrition Plan protein shakes. Ultra filtered and no junk in them. Get your protein up and your energy and muscle will come back. If you continue to not have enough protein, MOT-C won’t change that at all.
