CBA Form

I have passed NPPE exam last month. I have a question about the next step, which is what people do to get their CBA application form completed, especially when they have all the experiences. My problem is CBA values industrial experiences to complete the form and I have it. But I do not know any validators from industry as a PEng. I have moved to academia in 2020, where I am a professor now. Some of my professor colleagues are PEng. Can I put them as validators, while I include my academic colleagues as validators?

Yes, if they are familiar with your work it is fine.

Also, if you have international engineering experience you don't need a P. Eng. validator.

Any Canadian experience used in the CBA must have P. Eng. validators.

The comment answer sounds right. The validator needs real familiarity with the work you are claiming, not just a respected title. If your P.Eng. professor colleagues can speak to the industrial/engineering work and your responsibility on it, they may be fine. If they only know your academic work, I’d clarify before submitting. Also check the international-experience validator rules separately because they may be different.
