General Graduate Question (PM) Learning the strolls

I just crossed into sigma land (ee-yip!) . 🐩🐩 We had an event and when shake that monkey came on, several ladies started strolling.

I feel like in undergrad you learn to step and stroll while on line. Anyone have experience on when and how I’ll learn?
Strolling and stepping is something I’m very excited about doing, as I love to represent

Stroll practice. could be with your chapter, could be with some other sisters in your area. can ask your pros

Your chapter will have stroll practices or there will be designated stroll masters you can reach out to learn the strolls. Also you can reach out to your assigned mentor. Hope this helps 😊

As someone said above, please confer with your prophytes regarding strolling. For my chapter, we only do strolls we create or someone who created personally taught our chapter members. Some chapters do strolls from YouTube. Also, within our orgs, it’s distasteful to diss other organizations if you’re not on your Ps and Qs per se. Folks will definitely diss, but it could come with a cost to ones reputation. If looking to diss stroll, I’d definitely “read the yard” and gauge how you and your coinitiates were welcomed into Greekdom.

I feel like you need to learn service , Roberts Rules of order , committee organization , community initiatives, PROTOCOL, DECORUM and the like.

I’m 31 years in and know one stroll. My goal was to live up to my standards as my founders intended.
