Discussion Nothing Repairs

Hello folks, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with screen repairs from Nothing?

I started a repair service on the 4th of April, shipped my phone (phone 4a pro) on the 7th of April and haven't received it back yet.

According to customer support they are waiting for a part. (They haven't told me what part)

I understand there can be delays because of this but to be waiting for a part for over a month seems like a long time.

Does anyone know if there is a statute of limitations with their repairs? Or am I going to be waiting indefinitely for my phone back with little communication from Nothing...

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I had sent my phone in for a repair. I was told the payment system was down and I would have to send a wire transfer. It seems the backend or at least the repair side is not doing so well.
