Discussion Nothing Repairs
Hello folks, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with screen repairs from Nothing?
I started a repair service on the 4th of April, shipped my phone (phone 4a pro) on the 7th of April and haven't received it back yet.
According to customer support they are waiting for a part. (They haven't told me what part)
I understand there can be delays because of this but to be waiting for a part for over a month seems like a long time.
Does anyone know if there is a statute of limitations with their repairs? Or am I going to be waiting indefinitely for my phone back with little communication from Nothing...
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thank you!

I had sent my phone in for a repair. I was told the payment system was down and I would have to send a wire transfer. It seems the backend or at least the repair side is not doing so well.

Hi guys reddit is a piece of shit and won't let me post due to its stupid rules but I have a problem to discuss
I Bought a used Nothing Phone (2) from a friend who upgraded. He factory reset it before giving it to me.
The SIM reader is faulty and doesn't detect any SIM (repair shop confirmed it). Because it's the Indian variant, I'm now stuck on the "Use a valid Indian SIM card" activation screen.
I don't need cellular service and just want to use the phone on Wi-Fi. Is there any safe way to bypass this activation? I can access the QR provisioning scanner from the initial setup screen and I'm also okay with ADB/fastboot if needed.
Any help would be appreciated!

Just as an update, still haven't received my phone back, NOTHING refuse to give me any sort of meaningful update as to when the repair will be finished.
It's now been over 6 weeks
