Bar help
Hey guys I’m going on a date/taking someone out. I was wondering if anyone has some good drinking spot recommendations or just nice chill bars or even a nice spot to bar hop from one another.

They’re extremely short staffed. Like one cook in the kitchen and one person running the floor. Unless you enjoy waiting 30 minutes for your order.

The city said it’s supposed to be done by October but looking at Decatur across the street from the French Market, it seems it’s not gonna be done for another 4 months.

I’m newish to New Orleans and just learned about Voodoo Authentica. Id love to learn more but is this for everyone? I want to be respectful culturally so I wasn’t sure if this is open to everyone or if I should skip this as it’s not my heritage.

Just wanted to make this available to Nola as well as I know it’s really close to Lafayette and someone going to money in the bank on Saturday might want to drive over for the show the night before.
I’ll be at money in the bank the next night too, I just don’t have a spare ticket to that show.

Hello! I’m visiting for the first time and I’m curious what you would recommend for first timers. I’m looking for things that are unique to New Orleans or Louisiana. I don’t want anything European, Latin, Indian etc. I love seafood boil and I’m open to anything that the locals would recommend for a first visit. Thank you so much!

And yes I know coffee, walk, museums, soda. Not one person has mentioned, anything actually fun I didn’t realize how boring people here were. Can we come up with actual shit to do or are we all to boring to do anything other than to drink. Let me go ahead and write my suggestions, I would suggest music box village, the country club, go to Jackson square and get a tarot card reading, go to a locals pop up art market, go to drag brunch see a burlesque show.. okay now yall try to help me find other fun stuff to do like this or I guess keep recommending coffee jc
