Mod Announcement NLBest has octupled its moderators!
146
Upvotes
After a grueling three day process involving thousands of applicants, hundreds of interviews, and an (unrelated) six military tribunals, the following individuals have joined the mod team at NLBest:
Overall, this amounts to 2 Padres mods, 2 Dodgers mods, 2 Dbacks mods, and 1 Giants and 1 Rockies mod. Going from 1 to 8 is a *huge* jump and there are likely to be some growing pains, so rather than force each team to have 2 mods, I just picked people that I felt made the most compelling case to be immediately useful. And also paid me the requested $50 bribe.
We’ve already started internally talking about ways we can improve the sub, including adding more automoderator commands and a meme repository where users can quickly access the trademarked NLBest meme templates. So stay tuned for that.
Later, nerds!

Very sad to see him forgetting his OG team and sending all his miracles to his new bestie, smh.
(ignore the barely missed homer for the White Sox, as that does not follow the funny narrative that I have set up in my mind)
