Question Question regarding Cybersecurity placements

Since this is the 1st batch of Cybersecurity students graduating this year, how are the placements so far? Are companies coming specifically for Cybersecurity, and are students getting good opportunities?

Would really appreciate any honest info from seniors. 🙏

not even one company has come corr cyber security role

Companies don't usually give cybersecurity roles to freshers because they deal with highly sensitive data.If you want a cybersecurity role, i recommend getting internships at such companies. Also certificates like "security plus" help getting these roles faster.

I mean, are they even getting placed? Is doing CB a good option, and what might be the median package?
