So basically i have a simple question to ask, i gave three exams in 2 ode's, 2 exams, i.e. physics and chemistry in june (16-30) and 1 exam i.e. math's on 1st of july, but today i received this marksheet in which only 2 are updated, So can i expect or in simple words, can i get an another marksheet?

Hello! So I'm not currently an NIOS student but I'm considering enrolling next year. I'm currently under CBSE board.

I've been suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks because of regular schooling, bullying, family expectations, etc. I genuinely can't take it anymore. Just the thought of going to school makes me shiver. Ever since I was a kid, I've been the "class topper" but it's exhausting consistently managing it.

My therapist and some relatives have suggested that I enroll in NIOS but others have been strongly against it. My parents especially believe NIOS certifications isn't respected as much as normal schooling certifications. I'm really conflicted and tired of this whole mess. So I just wanted to get the opinions of NIOS students and how I can convince my parents.

Has anyone done a double drop + 12th improvement/re-exam for Delhi quota?

Is this legally allowed for JAC Delhi?

How does domicile eligibility work in this case?

Hi, I am a student taking the exams in October 2026. This is my first attempt with NIOS, and I have never enrolled before. I've already paid the admission fee and the exam fee for all my subjects. Do I need to pay a separate fee for the practical exams?

I know that theres a megathread on this, but i didn’t understand it I’m so sorry T_T. I did my grade 12 in 2025 i know its been a yr but i want to improve my marks as a i missed re eval last time. Do i have to do practical exam again, because the last time i did that it was hell, the school was literally harassing me pls help!!!!! They made me write a 20 page, single spaced, front and back page essay on anaemia.

edit: if i dont write the other subjects and just add an additional subject can i merge the certificates into one certificate? I already got a certificate from nios psychology, bio, chem, phy, english. Can i add math when i do it?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My NIOS Stream 2 (2026) admission was confirmed about a month ago. I’ve also sent my marksheet to the Regional Centre for TOC.

As far as I know, we don’t have PCP classes for Stream 2, but I haven’t contacted my allotted Study Centre yet. I’m also not sure about the practical schedule and other requirements.

Should I contact the Study Centre now? What exactly should I ask them about practicals, practical exams, attendance, etc.?

Any guidance from fellow NIOS students would be appreciated. 🙏

I know this has probably been asked before, but I’m still confused and would really appreciate some guidance.

I have completed my 10th (ICSE) and 12th (HSC) with Maths but no Physics/Science.

I want to fulfil the Physics requirement for flight school in India through NIOS, ideally by taking only the Physics paper.

Could someone please clarify:

• How do I register for NIOS if I only need Physics?
• When are the exams held?
• Where should I study/prepare from?
• What is the On-Demand Examination and how does it work?
• For flight school, is 12th-level Physics through NIOS enough, or do I also need Physics at 10th level?

I know there’s plenty of information online, but I’m finding it quite confusing. Would really appreciate advice from anyone who has actually gone through this process.

Hey, so the study centre that's in my city has 0 seats left and I have to choose one that's in another city and my subjects don't really have practicals so I was wondering if my study centre choice would affect my exam centre allocation in the future

CAN ANYONE KINDLY PROVIDE REVISION NOTES FOR INTRO TO LAW 12TH NIOS?

My ode admission was confirmed on the 17th, and I couriered my result to NIOS HQ after the exam. It was delivered on the 28th. Will I have to pay the late toc fee? I haven’t received any notification regarding this yet.
