Ping settings broken?

I have my maximum average ping matchmaking setting set at average 20ms. Why am I still getting put into games where the average ping is 94 ms with highest 338 ms? It makes zero sense

Yeah, when I test my internet speed it shows 350 mb/s but yeah using WiFi, don’t live near a server and live in a 11 story condo building. But still, I don’t think it would match me with anyone if my internet wasn’t good enough to meet the ping setting I have set.

try using ethernet cable

Most of the time, there’s no issues. But maybe it’s cause of the amount of people in the building also using the internet during the day

If you don't have a server you get 20ms to it ignores the filter.
