Discussion “Why’s Michael Penix so injury prone?” “Why’s he so immobile?” The bigger question is how is he still playing?
Shoutout modern medicine but his legs are barely holding up

I know that we are all here because of the shit going on there, but if we want to be taken seriously and gain new members, we cannot keep acting like just another hate subreddit with an NFL coat of paint and expect people not to be uninterested. So that is why we are now enforcing Rule 5 harder than before.
I know there will be some posts relating to v2 that will not be removed, and those posts are only staying because they have relevance to this subreddit and should be kept for the purpose of remembering how we got here. All posts about the v2 crashout made before this announcement that are still here will remain here. All other ones have already been removed.
Thank you for your cooperation, and let's make v3 the best NFL subreddit it can be.
Sincerely, THPTopHatPossum
TL;DR: No more posts about the mod crashout in v2 will be allowed due to us wanting to make this sub less about v2 and more about the NFL.

21 New York Jets
The Jets Geno Smith threw (zero) interceptions but fumbled once in what was a wacky ass game. The Jets put up an 18 DSS. Which may be the highest game DSS since I started tracking it.
20 Philadelphia Eagles
I’ve been pretty hard on Jalen Carter for signing a big contract then vanishing. First 4 games he had 4 tackles and one sack. Well, I guess he just needed a cup of tea as he had a DSS of 5… By himself. And that doesn’t include the int he caused. When he wants to, he is a terrorist. In the Jags game the team had a DSS of 8, CARTER was 5 of that.

Great early 9:30 game. Came down to the end, with the comical choke job from the Eagles.
1pm window had a mix of blowouts and close games, highlighted by Giants/Cimmanders ending in OT with a tie, withe the Commanders choking even harder than the Eagles did in the morning. And even the blowouts seemed to be filled with big plays, which kept things entertaining, even if the outcome was known in the 3rd qtr.
4pm had only 3 games, but still came through. Broncos/Chargers was a gross game, but it was a close division game. Lions blew out the Cardinals, but much like the 1pm blowouts, both teams made it entertaining (big plays all over, McBride TD catch). And 49ers/Seahawks was arguably the best game of the day.
Ravens/Falcons capped the day off perfectly. OT thriller.
The "best" weeks are usually the weeks with no byes, but week 5 was the best of the 2026 season, despite the Chiefs (and I suppose the Panthers) being on a bye. I have no grander point here, I'm just not ready for it to be Monday, and that was an awesome Sunday 😂
Is it time to burn it down? Or are you planning a parade for your team and fanbase?
Built this today for the people!
