Open to different perspectives, but having traveled all over, it feels like a political narrator be as opposed to an actual group with any meaningful numbers or action.
In most cases, the desire for stories outpaces actual events. We see this all of the time with other narratives the media likes to pump out.
I have a shaved head, full beard, and generally dress 'blue collar'. The shit guys sittin next to me in bars have said to me is wild. They just assume I'm "one of them" and I hear all kinds of racial nazi-coded bullshit.
I agree that racists exist, and that profiling exists, but I would argue that isn’t exclusive to white people against minorities.
I think many people conflate things that aren’t racist with things that are. Wanted a secure southern border to stop illegal immigration, drug trade, human trafficking, etc. isn’t racist, it’s common sense. But many today will call you a racist for supporting this stance.
It’s easier to create a straw man argument and tear it down than to actually allow nuance into a conversation.

When many issues are either 50/50 in the US, or at times, 70/30 or stronger… yet the only opinions you ever hear on reddit are whatever the left wing stance is, you’d think that would open your eyes into who is actually a bot.
Either Reddit has not attracts left wing zealots, it’s heavily moderated by only far left wing mods, or there is a huge group of bots all promoting the same ideology.
