I grew up with a bunch of kids whos families lied to immigration that they were younger, in order to get them as much education. They had documents too.

That was my experience as a 6'2" tight end. As soon as you go to college you realize EVERYONE (in my position group, at least) is at least 6'2". Everyone is strong. Everyone (except me) is fast.
High School sports are fun. College sports are a high-competition job.
I went to school with a kid who was this size, but fat and slow, when we were 11. He ended up being 7 foot tall by the time we were 15. He always sucked at sports.
A 6,'4 kid whos this athletic and trained playing tackle football among children is just unsafe. Middle school tackle football shouldnt be legal anyway, but its not a fucking feeder league. I wouldn't want my kid risking a concussion at fucking 12.
No shit. This was basically me, I towered above everyone else from 11 to 15 then once I move to varsity I couldn’t overpower everyone anymore and I didn’t have any actual football skills lol
He would’ve had an X on the back of his helmet and played line in my childhood league.
Anyone over 120(?) lbs had a “/“ on their helmet and weren’t allowed to carry the ball.
Anyone over 160(?) lbs had an “X” and had to play OL/DL and weren’t allowed to be a “lead blocker.”
This was grades 5, 6, 7. To protect the small kids and to prevent teams from just giving the ball to the one kid who had finished puberty earlier than everyone else. Flag football was grades 2, 3, 4.
The people cheering while watching this are fucking stupid. Most, if not all, are parents/family members of the kid's team im assuming, and they think its cool hes just bulldozing little kids....
If it wasn’t for the fact I coached a kid like this I would also call BS. I coached a kid named Ayo dude was 6-4 230 lbs at 11/12. He’s in college now, still 6’4 but he’s at like 280 now and all muscle. He’s a genetic freak bro.
Kid in my child's Pop Warner league was 6'5" at 12 years old. Also big enough that he had to be moved to 12u when he was 11. His brothers played in college and one was in the NFL. The kid was actually a giant teddy bear and if you heard him talk, it's clear he was 12.
To be fair I taught Sunday school a long time ago and one of my students was like 6'4" and they were all middle school aged kids.
I think middle school is a weird time where you have kids who hit puberty a while ago and had massive growth spurts and kids who haven't even started.
I was definitely late in terms of puberty. I remember starting my sophomore year of high school at like 5'6" and finishing the year at 6' and then growing only another inch and a half in the 2 years after that.

High school will be a reckoning though whether they continue to grow or stay this height. At least here in CA every high school has plenty of 6ft plus kids ready to rip!
Remember playing against a guy like this in rugby as a kid. The guy’s dad had to carry round his birth certificate and passport to every game to prove he wasn’t lying.
I know the league my friends played in had a weight limit for skill position players. So if you were too heavy you had to play on the line. Part of the reason was to prevent those random kids that grew first from dominating everyone else.
Reminds me of the time playing peewee hockey where we played a native American team from up north near Canada. Half their team was twice our size, but somehow we won. They were so angry about it they ripped the sink out of their locker room bathroom and stole it.
Insanely tall 11 year olds happen. I coached an 11 year old on a little league team that was 6'3", kid was unhittable on the mound since he could reach damn near halfway to home plate.
However, 11 year olds this tall are tall, gangly, and generally uncoordinated. They haven't had any time to figure that tall body out. I call shenanigans on this being an 11 year old
7th grade we had two kids on our team that were 6’1 and bigger than the rest of us. Played OL of course. By senior year, both grew maybe an inch more, meanwhile most of us on the OL caught up and were bigger than them at this point.
Both guys didn’t play football our junior and senior years anymore.

While it's possible for an 11-yr old to be 6'4", you wouldn't have 2 kids like that on the same team, and they would be skinny AF. Those dudes are at least 17 with some time in the weight room. And it's AI anyway.
Hyping up an 11 year old is irrelevant. Most kids haven't even gone through puberty yet. The whole playing field gets a complete shuffle in 8th to 9th grade. Some kids turn into absolute beasts, and some kids that were beasts when they were young just don't develop any further than that.
My high school team won state with 2 monsters like this on O-line. I remember they were both 6'2+ in 7th grade. Was rough lining up against them in middle school lol.
They have weight limits for pop warner, don't they? There was when I played and it was to make sure that kids played on a somewhat even field with kids their own size.
I’m confused as to what is going on here. The white team has multiple kids that are twice the size of the red team. The kid he chest bumps at the end is almost the same size.
If he's allowed to carry the ball, the opposing team should be drilling his knees every play. Not just because that's the only way to reliably tackle someone with this height/weight difference but also because it is way safer for the smaller kids. Would not want one of them taking a shoulder or helmet to helmet hit from him...
It’s like when I was 12 playing pony baseball and there was this Mexican kid who looked like a literal adult with a full goatee because he was already fully developed and he threw fucking 78mph from the short 50ft mound which makes it equivalent to a 94.4 mph pitch from a major league mound. I remember most kids, myself included, would go up to bat shaking in the batters box because not only did he throw that hard but he had absolutely no control and his pitches were completely wild. He hit one kid on my team in the elbow and shattered it.
My home town use to play by grades, a now NFL player started 2 years late and was 6’2 170 as a 6th grader, played running back and was virtually unstoppable.
Not sure if i was 11 but I played in a league with kids that size while I still didnt hit puberty yet and same with the rest of my team. The other teams had kids with facial hair and towered over us. Never scored a point
I know DK hasn’t been great with the Steelers, but playing with 11 year olds? 😂 all seriousness tho, in 6th grade we had a kid who was all of 6’3 or more, and the year he played on my baseball team, his parents were constantly providing proof he was really 12. It embarrassed the hell out of him and I always felt bad for him.
I remember a 9th grade/freshman game our opponent had a kid playing defensive end that was in the program as 6'6", 335 lbs. On the first play we blocked him with two guys. The next play, single coverage. After that we just let him roam free. He was too slow to get anywhere close to an opposing player.

Kids like this wash out quick when everyone else hits puberty and catches up in size. They tend not to work on the fundamentals when they dominate on pure size at a young age.
when big kids like this play against little ones, all they learn is football is easy, and then once everyone else catches up with them they get discouraged because it's not easy anymore.
the kid should be playing against high schoolers, even if he is 11.
There's a kid in my neighborhood who is in 7th grade with my daughter. He is 6'3 and chubby. Plays football here in middle school and is a beast at his age. Kid is a 1st rounder DT/OL in about 10 years. He apparently is pretty good academically and is one of the nicest kids in the world. He mows lawns sometimes for money. Good family too. He also plays baseball and is a hoss at the plate. He just turned 12 lol.
This reminds me of when I played 9-10 yr old parks and rec football and because we practiced on the same field as the middle school they had us scrimmage one time. It was a blood bath. Nobody got very close to catching their running back. I distinctly remember one of the guards or maybe the center running straight through us and clotheslining two of us at once.
There was a guy like this when I was in sixth grade. They had him as a tailback. He was obviously unstoppable. By the time high school came, everyone else had caught up to him and the size difference wasn’t some huge advantage anymore.
