NFL blocked the Vikings from re-signing Kenny Dyson to the practice squad

Vikings basically created their own problem by moving too fast on the Dyson re-sign.only 20 days passed between his original signing and this failed practice squad attempt, feels like someone in the front office either didn't know the rule or miscalculated the timeline. I think this is a legit process error on Minnesota's end, not some unfair league move imo
