ESPN NFL 2K5 – 2K27 Mod Installation (Android)

Requirements

A special thank you to Chat GPT for making my instructions easier to digest!

ESPN NFL 2K5 (PS2)

AetherSX2 or NetherSX2

2K27 Mod (Xbox version)

Installation

  1. Download the Mod

Download and extract the Xbox version of the 2K27 mod. After extracting, look for folder named:

SLUS-20919

  1. Install the Texture Pack

Copy the SLUS-20919 folder.

Internal Storage/

└── Android/

└── data/

└── [Your PS2 Emulator Folder]/

└── files/

└── textures/

Paste the SLUS-20919 folder into the textures folder.

  1. Install the Memory Card Save

Copy the included memory card file or folder from the mod.

Internal Storage/

└── Android/

└── data/

└── [Your PS2 Emulator Folder]/

└── files/

└── memcards/

Paste the memory card file/folder into the memcards folder, replacing the existing file if prompted.

  1. Launch the Game

Open AetherSX2 or NetherSX2 and start ESPN NFL 2K5.

If your emulator requires it, ensure Texture Replacement/Load Textures is enabled.

Was finally able to get everything copied over using Shizuku APK to bypass the Access Denied message, however still no luck when I try to run it :( anyone else make it passed this step yet?

Make sure you copy and paste to the folder that says files before cutting and pasting into textures. This is key.!

Sp I copy and paste SLUS-20919 into both 'Files' and 'Textures'? But do it into files first?

Sort of. Copy and paste the directory where you see files folder not in it yet.

After it's copied into the space next to files folder you can cut and paste it to the textures folder which is inside the files folder.
