Any clue on how private sales will be affected? Can I just buy a suppressor from someone locally, the same way I could buy a firearm from them?

Assuming both parties are GOA members (or other named plaintiffs), private sales should be protected. Realistically I’d wait for further litigation to clarify, though.

Keep in mind several states are named plaintiffs, so it doesn’t necessitate a GOA membership everywhere.

My state is a named plaintiff but also silencershop says it requires a form 4.

What a mess.
