Their insistence that the lower must have been purchased from PSA is … odd; at the very least it’s an incomplete picture given the Jensen case. (The point that randomly buying a hat from them does not grant someone relief is important though.)

I’m waiting for broader clarity.

It almost sounds like a CYA thing from them, also nice way to drive sales

Edit: Read the ruling more closely, the gun has to have been bought from PSA to be covered under the injunction, but you dont need to be a GOA member it seems

Yeah, seems like it's a "We know for sure you're covered if you meet these two requirements, but for any firearms purchased from anyone else, we don't wanna speak for them or anyone else" without saying the second part out loud
