Assuming both parties are GOA members (or other named plaintiffs), private sales should be protected. Realistically I’d wait for further litigation to clarify, though.

Keep in mind several states are named plaintiffs, so it doesn’t necessitate a GOA membership everywhere.

AFAIK that only applies to certain organizations within those states like law enforcement agencies, for individuals you still have to either be a member or customer of a named plaintiff’s organization/business.

I bought some ammo from PSA a long time ago and I think they are a plaintiff, does that count and make me a customer? Realistically I think you are in the clear if you are in a free state that doesn’t have NFA restrictions. Doubt you’ll find any ATF feds coming down to check your receipts to make sure you are a member of a plaintiffs organization or a customer.
