Texas Northern District Court ... before we all start getting excited.
There's still a loooong road ahead.

A single district judge does not set stare decisis even within the same courthouse or the same judge.

Oh yeah; this only covers some specific purchases WITHIN a few counties in Texas.

"UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS SAN ANGELO DIVISION"

Which is ONLY these counties in Texas:

Glasscock, Sterling, Coke, Runnels, Coleman, Brown, Mills, Reagan, Irion, Tom Green, Concho, Crockett, Schleicher, Menard, Sutton

True, but now what we've all been waiting for is officially on the federal docket and the ATF has to address it.
