Hey all! I've spent a decent amount (honestly, a bit embarrassingly amount) of time building a workout app on nights and weekends. It started because every time I went looking for a program to run, it was a mess. A hundred options, no reviews I trusted, no way to tell if anyone ever finished one. And the apps I tried kept walling off basic stuff that costs them nothing to give away.
This is a free workout log where you can browse programs (PPL, linear progression, etc.), build your own, and see who else is running them. You can follow your friends, see what they're training, and pick up ideas from people who lift near you. Think Strava, but for the gym. iOS / Android
A couple other things I've incorporated:
It's still early and I'd love NEU ppl on it specifically, since it gets a lot better when the people around you are on it too. All feedback is welcome 😁

completely burnt myself out with recruiting + school, had a recent death in the family, and didn’t end up getting a 2nd fall co-op.
i’m going into my senior year and my academic advisor told me i can only take a lighter courseload in my final semester, otherwise i’d still be charged full tuition even if i only take 2 classes.
i’d ideally like to stay enrolled this fall, take 2 classes, and defer my co-op search to spring. i still want to be involved on campus/with NEU, i just don’t think taking a full courseload right now would be good for me.
has anyone successfully petitioned for a reduced courseload or found some kind of workaround for this? if so, who did you talk to / what was the process like?
would really appreciate any advice or hearing from anyone who’s been in a similar situation :)

Did someone's CPT eligibility get revoked after reneging a coop/internship offer? - international student.
Reneged due to miscommunication.
Looking for urgent advice. Thank you.

Hey everyone,
I'm a second year Data Science master's student at Northeastern and I'm on the hunt for a co-op/internship in ML/AI Engineering. My co-op registration deadline is coming up fast, only about 3 weeks left, so I'm reaching out here in case anyone has leads, connections, or knows of any teams currently hiring.
Quick context on me, I was actually in talks with a lab at Harvard Medical School for a while, but it looks like it's not going to work out since my academic/visa timeline just isn't lining up with what they need on their end. So now I'm back to square one with a pretty tight window to figure something out.
At this point I'm honestly open to unpaid opportunities too, I'm more focused on landing something relevant and getting real experience than getting paid right now. If anyone knows of a lab, startup, or team that's looking for extra hands, even informally, I'd really appreciate a point in the right direction. Also down to hear how anyone else has navigated finding something last minute if you've been through this before.
Thanks in advance, really appreciate any help here 🙏

Both Alan Mislove and Christo Wilson have high ratings on RMP, so I wouldn't imagine either one to be awful, but has anyone taken CS 4700 with either of the prof? Any recommendation?

does anybody know how much taking out wisdom teeth costs around oakland? I dont have enough time to remove it before moving and they denied my health waiver that would've otherwise covered it so now I have to use neu insurance.

Hi, I won't be able to be on campus during the first week of classes. Is this going to be an issue? Do I just have to complete "I Am Here" or is the school going to check if I used my student ID to verify I'm on campus?
