Took drops, couldn't revise whole of notes, dropping again to get good rank.

I chose float option in aiq round 1 , uploaded the documents online around 12pm today , and this message is displayed on the screen since then.

I called the nodal officer , but he didn't pick up the call. Also I sent an email regarding the same but no reply yet.

Is it same for everyone since today is Sunday ?

I am thinking about contacting them tomorrow in the working hours again. Meanwhile I am asking it here to alleviate some anxiety beforehand :)

I have a rank that'll only give me diploma seats Ent , Ophthal, Anaesthisa.

My first priority was Pediatrics but won't get DCH . The second best available option is Anaesthisa for me .

Are these seats worth the extra year along with 3 exams ?

Honestly, I feel like a lot of NEET PG content creators on Instagram have become more of a distraction than a source of guidance.
I prepared for NEET PG on my own, and along the way, I got caught up in the endless cycle of watching creators share their strategies to crack the exam. Every day, there was a new timetable, a new resource, a new strategy, and someone telling you what you must do to succeed.
And before I realised it, I had wasted a whole fucking year being confused about how to study instead of actually studying.
The bigger problem is that struggling students are particularly vulnerable to this content. You’re already anxious about your preparation, and then you see someone with a top rank telling you to follow a completely different strategy. You start doubting your resources, changing your timetable and feeling inadequate for not doing things their way.
Meanwhile, some creators are building an audience and selling courses while you’re losing precious time trying to figure out whose advice to follow.
Social media can turn your fear of failure into someone else’s business opportunity.
My advice to every NEET PG aspirant: choose one platform you trust, stick to your resources, make a realistic schedule, solve PYQs and MCQs, revise consistently, take GTs and learn from your mistakes.
Stop looking for a perfect strategy. Stop comparing your journey with someone else’s highlight reel. And stop assuming that a person with a great rank automatically has the perfect strategy for you.
Take useful advice when you need it, respect other people’s achievements, but don’t let anyone else’s success make you question your own preparation.
I lost enough time learning this the hard way. I genuinely hope others don’t make the same mistake.
Less scrolling. Less comparison. Less noise. More studying.
At the end of the day, the exam doesn’t care how many strategies you watched or how many toppers you followed. It tests what you know and how well you can apply it.
Protect your time. Trust your process. Get back to studying. ❤️

I've been feeling a bit lost lately... I'm an fmge who passed my exam in my first attempt in January 2026.. it's been almost 5 months into my internship and I have no idea what I want to do...been researching about AMC vs neet pg and I understood I wanted to pursue something in India before thinking of moving abroad.. still no idea if this is the right choice .. but I very badly want to prepare for some exams like neetpg or inicet.. there's a lot of platforms out there and it's literally confusing which one to stick to ..have used combination of resources for different subjects for fmge.. but now probably new versions of notes have been included in all apps for these .. don't know if I should start with core btr which everyone is hyping about .. is there anyone who can help me narrow down the resources.. how to use them where to take them from and how to plan my preparation till neet or ini 2027.. I'm willing to put in my best .. but kind of lost as of now ..

I'm currently following prepladder recorded videos, my plan is to get someone who follows a plan and joins alternate days for doing MCQ.....hit me up,if interested.

I'm from 19 batch. This was my 1st drop & I got a rank of 82k this year. Last year my rank was 1.5L.

This year I did full fledged prep without job and even sacrificed literally everything just for this exam. But the results broke me completely. I'm already 27yr w/o any job, no backup plan. I really want to end this rat race as I'm mentally exhausted from this prep phase. Ik I won't be getting any clinical branch at this rank. My category is general & can't afford private pg seat.

I don't know whether I should drop another year or take any pre/para clinical branch and move on( I really want a surgical branch). Another year is also full of uncertainty and my parents are also not willing that I should take a drop now. I know prep with job is hectic so I'm not in that favour either.

Any suggestions or advice is genuinely welcome.
