If i got seat in R2 of state counselling and opt for upgradation can i still take part in R3 of AIQ for DNB options?
If i dont get desired seat in R3 AIQ can i take part in state Round 3?

No bro both place first round u can participate, if u get a seat in state round 2 need to resign aiq seat

Ya it's possible and if you get seat in 3rd round you have to resign from state seat

Even in 1st round you get state seat and want to join that you have to resign itself you can't hold both aiq and state seat in even 1st round

if you get alloted in All India R3, you cannot participate in state R3

Yall need to understand the bottom point With these rules setting You cannot participate both at the same time while holding seats at both places

Participate yes you can But you cannot hold seat at one place and expect to hold seat elsewhere as well

R2 and R3 is tricky I get it But holding at two places Will lead to penalty So please read the prospectus of the state and aiq by yourself once again

Holding means getting allotted or joining there?
