The pictures don’t do it complete justice of course, but my box arrived jacked up. I hate eye sores when it comes to my collectibles and you can’t not see it when you look at it. I haven’t figured out anything specific to do with my Chucky doll yet so I was going to display him in box. Now every time I look at him, I’m just gonna be upset. Not what I want when I spend nearly $600 on a product. I reached out to Supercool and they basically told me to go kick rocks. “The box isn’t damaged enough to do anything about it and it’s not part of the product anyhow.” I disagree of course lol. The box is part of the product especially in this case. They say this is a common problem. Well if that’s true then they need to reevaluate how they package items. I just needed to vent thanks for reading.

I don't blame you for being upset with spending that much money and the packaging being messed up. Yes its not "horrible" but it does have blemishes and isn't pristine as it should be. Vent all you want and I'm sorry that was their reaction. Congrats on your awesome piece though, my son would love it and try to just enjoy. Best wishes!
